What is the next step after I book a service?

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail, and another email from us within 24 hours, asking for your details if you've booked an SRT. For other services like Intuitive Coaching, or Connections with Spirit, we will e-mail with available time slots and other details for the booking. 

 

What are the lead times for your services?

Please allow up to 21 days for Spirit Release, up to 14 days for mini energy clearings, channeled guided meditations, and guidance mediumship. Please allow 7-14 days for personal tarot readings. We will do our very best to take care of your case as soon as possible. Again, Reiki is to come so check back!

Are emergency services available?

Please email us as these will be decided on an individual basis as well as how our availability looks in the moment. 

What if the service I want is out of stock?

Please continue to check back weekly as we only accept a limited number of cases per week to respectfully keep lead times appropriate. We also want to be able to give each case our full attention and 100% effort from us and Spirit.

Why do we need the individual’s age and location?

Every individual vibrates at a different level and frequency depending on their biological age. When tuning in, the age and location helps our guides determine that frequency and connect better. 

How do we tune in to the energy without the individual’s physical/video presence or picture?

As mediums, we are mere channels for our spirit guides. We trust that in the given moment, we are connecting with the person’s energy based on the name, age and location. We lay trust in spirit to guide and aid the individual who reaches out in the moment for a particular service they feel guided to.
